ZeusIP Advocates LLP has recently announced the promotion of Santrupt Satapathy to the position of Associate Partner. A graduate of the KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar, in 2014, Satapathy brings over ten years of extensive experience in the field of intellectual property law. His expertise particularly shines in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand advisory.

Throughout his career, Satapathy has developed a robust proficiency in creating and executing strategies for brand protection and enforcement. He frequently advises clients on the management and commercialization of their intellectual property (IP) assets. His clientele is diverse, including prominent FMCG companies, food and beverage conglomerates, and several Fortune 500 corporations. These clients have benefited from his assistance in building, safeguarding, and enhancing their IP portfolios across various jurisdictions.

Having joined ZeusIP in 2016, Satapathy has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the firm’s IP practice. He has been actively engaged in managing complex opposition and enforcement cases, as well as advising on strategic portfolio management. After a brief period with other firms, Satapathy returned to ZeusIP in 2022.
