The Litigation Office is actively seeking to recruit two Associate Lawyers for its Hyderabad branch. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
Job Details and Requirements
The positions are based in Hyderabad, where the firm specializes in litigation across various judicial forums. The office regularly handles cases before the High Court of Telangana, as well as civil courts in and around Hyderabad. Additionally, the firm engages in proceedings at specialized tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the Cooperative Tribunal, and the National Green Tribunal (NGT) in Chennai, among other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
The scope of work includes a diverse array of legal matters. The associates will deal with writ petitions, civil and criminal disputes, company law issues, cooperative society conflicts, and various other cases brought before the High Court of Telangana and its subordinate courts.
