This investment was spearheaded by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from other notable investors including Vertex Ventures SEA and India, IvyCap Ventures, and a group of angel investors.

The legal firm Fox Mandal & Associates provided crucial advisory services to BigEndian Semiconductors during this funding process. Their role encompassed offering comprehensive legal guidance, which included structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and ensuring the smooth execution of these documents.
