Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited has successfully acquired the cement business of Jaiprakash Associates Limited, enhancing its grinding capacity by 5.75 million tonnes annually. Legal expertise for this strategic acquisition was provided by the firm Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M), who offered comprehensive legal support across multiple corporate and regulatory dimensions throughout the transaction.
