Bhavin Gada takes on the role of Founding and Managing Partner at Reva Legal. With over 20 years of experience, Gada has a robust background in advising promoters, investors, funds, and corporations on transactions, investments, and intricate disputes. Previously, he was a Co-Founding and Senior Partner at Stratage Law Partners.
Ameya Deosthale joins as a Co-Founding Partner, bringing over 16 years of expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory issues, and white collar matters. His extensive experience enriches the firm’s capabilities in handling complex legal challenges.
Mehak Gupta, also a Co-Founding Partner, contributes more than a decade of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, corporate and regulatory advisory, as well as private client matters. Her proficiency in these areas complements the firm’s strategic focus.
