Abhay Chattopadhyay has been appointed as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice at Dentons Link Legal in Delhi. A distinguished alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune, Chattopadhyay graduated in 2010 and went on to earn an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2013. With a robust career spanning over 15 years, he brings a wealth of experience in guiding both domestic and international clients through intricate, high-stakes disputes.

His expertise encompasses a wide array of areas including commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency, white-collar investigations, regulatory enforcement, and intellectual property. Chattopadhyay is particularly adept at handling cases where commercial disputes intersect with regulatory or criminal elements. His extensive courtroom experience includes appearances before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals nationwide. Additionally, he is well-versed in both domestic and international arbitration, participating in proceedings under institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Chattopadhyay’s clientele spans diverse sectors including infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and financial services. Joining Dentons Link Legal with a team of adept lawyers, he is expected to enhance the firm’s capabilities in dispute resolution and arbitration.

Before this appointment, Chattopadhyay served as a Partner at Economic Laws Practice.
