Belrise Industries Limited has successfully completed a qualified institutions placement (QIP) of equity shares, raising a substantial ₹1,700 crore. The legal advisory for this significant transaction was spearheaded by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, with Belrise Industries as their client.
The team from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas was led by Manan Lahoty, who is a Partner and the Head of Capital Markets, along with Partner Aashima Johur. They were supported by a proficient group including Mansi Jhaveri, Principal Associate; Medhashree Verma, Senior Associate; and Associates Anjini Ganguly, Abhirup Manna, Alok Antony, and Syamantak Sinha.
On the other hand, Trilegal provided legal counsel to Jefferies India Private Limited, the sole placement agent for this QIP.
