IC RegFin Legal has officially opened the doors to its new three-storey office, “RegFin House,” located in South Extension, New Delhi. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in expanding the firm’s foothold in the capital, while affording it the space and resources necessary to cater to its burgeoning New Delhi practice and its ambitions for pan-India growth.
Designed for Growth and Collaboration
The newly constructed RegFin House is designed to accommodate up to 100 professionals, providing ample room and cutting-edge infrastructure to support the firm’s expanding team and operations. The office boasts a contemporary and modern aesthetic, thoughtfully integrated with lush greenery to create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
The premises are equipped with spacious work areas, multiple meeting rooms, a garden, a large cafeteria, and a terrace with a view of a historical monument. These features emphasize the firm’s commitment to fostering collaboration, facilitating client engagements, and hosting larger firm events in a conducive environment.
Leadership’s Vision
Tejesh Chitlangi, the Managing Partner at IC RegFin Legal, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, “Our move to a larger New Delhi office reflects the growth trajectory of the firm and our confidence in the opportunities ahead. As we continue to build a leading national platform, we are investing in the capacity, talent, and infrastructure required to support that growth. This office gives our New Delhi practice the scale to grow meaningfully while strengthening collaboration across our practices and offices.”
Roma Priya, Senior Partner & Founder of the Delhi office, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the cultural and aesthetic considerations that went into the design of the new space. “We wanted the office to be representative of New Delhi – its heritage, culture, and art. The design intent was to bring that character into the workplace, bringing nature and natural light inside and creating spaces that feel open and conducive to creativity and collaboration. We are excited for our teams and clients to experience the new space,” she said.
Continued Expansion
Earlier this year, IC RegFin Legal also expanded its operations in Bengaluru, signaling a robust strategy to enhance its presence across major Indian cities.
