Osborne Partners Joins Delta Consulting Group to Expand Global Disputes Practice

Osborne Partners has officially joined forces with Delta Consulting Group, a prominent U.S.-based advisory firm, to enhance their global disputes and investigations practices. This strategic merger combines the expertise of approximately 180 professionals, significantly extending Delta’s reach across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Osborne Partners, with its offices strategically located in London, Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore, will bolster the combined firm’s capabilities in these regions.

The newly formed alliance will provide a comprehensive suite of services, including arbitration, business intelligence, competition and regulatory affairs, valuation, construction, insurance claims, and financial advisory. Montek Mayal, Partner and Practice Head for Asia and the Middle East, emphasized that this collaboration would broaden the firm’s expertise across India, Asia, and the Middle East. “In addition to our established strengths in commercial and investment disputes, and competition matters, we can now extend our offerings into construction, forensics, investigations, and insurance,” Mayal noted.

Mayal also highlighted that the focus would be on nurturing local expertise rather than solely relying on the firm’s broader global capabilities. The combined entity already boasts nearly 30 professionals across Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore, enhancing their ability to serve these critical markets.

Chris Osborne, the Founder and Managing Partner of Osborne Partners, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, stating, “Joining Delta represents an exciting next step for Osborne Partners’ growth. Delta shares our culture and values, emphasizing independence and originality. We are recognized for our handling of complex matters and our partner-led approach, which will remain unchanged. We are joining an independent group that shares our vision.”

During the transition phase, Osborne Partners will continue to operate under the name Osborne Partners, A Delta Consulting Group Company. The leadership, client teams, and existing engagement arrangements will remain intact, ensuring continuity for clients and partners.

Founded in 2018, Osborne Partners has established itself as a formidable advisor in disputes, arbitration, competition, regulation, investigations, valuation, and commercial strategy. Delta Consulting Group, on the other hand, is known for its expertise in complex disputes, investigations, construction, insurance claims, and financial matters. The transaction, finalized on August 14, 2026, did not disclose financial terms.
