Dhoot Automotive Systems Private Limited has formed a strategic alliance with Ride Vision Limited, an Israeli firm known for its expertise in Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ADAS) and AI-driven collision avoidance technologies. This collaboration marks a significant step in enhancing automotive safety technology in India.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co provided legal counsel to Dhoot Automotive Systems for this collaboration. The legal team was spearheaded by Partners Jamshed Bhumgara and Namrata Bhagwatula, with valuable assistance from Senior Associate Aparna R. and Associate Mannat Mahey. Strategic insights were also contributed by Partner Nikhil Naredi.
