Kumar, an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, brings with him almost 20 years of extensive experience in areas such as litigation, arbitration, insolvency, regulatory affairs, corporate advisory, and intricate real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, Kumar has established a strong reputation by offering legal counsel and representation to organizations at the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Consumer Fora, and other regulatory bodies. His expertise is particularly profound in the real estate and infrastructure domains, where he has been involved in large-scale developments, insolvency resolutions, land regulatory issues, commercial dealings, and high-stakes dispute settlements.

Before his current role at Anant Raj Limited, Kumar held a significant legal leadership position at Jaypee Infratech. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in navigating complex legal and strategic challenges during a pivotal phase in the company’s post-resolution journey.
