Job Responsibilities

The selected Associates will be expected to manage and support criminal litigation cases independently in both Trial Courts and High Courts. Key responsibilities include:

Drafting and filing regular bail, anticipatory bail, and bail cancellation applications.
Preparing petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) and Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).
Handling criminal appeals, revision petitions, and transfer applications.
Drafting and arguing Criminal Writ Petitions (WPCRL) under Articles 226 and 227 of the Indian Constitution.
Conducting criminal trials before Magistrate Courts nationwide, with a focus on Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
Performing legal research and preparing briefs and written submissions.
Assisting Senior Advocates during court hearings.
Coordinating with clients, investigating agencies, and court officials for efficient case management.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in criminal law, procedures, and judicial precedents.
