Anjana Potti Joins Samvād: Partners as Equity Partner
Renowned legal professional Anjana J. Potti has officially joined Samvād: Partners as an Equity Partner, bringing her expertise and team to the firm’s Bengaluru office. Potti, who graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2005, possesses over 21 years of extensive experience in the fields of banking and financial services, debt capital markets, debt restructuring, and structured financing.
Potti’s practice involves advising a diverse clientele, including domestic and international banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), private credit and special situations funds, multilateral development finance institutions, alternative investment platforms, and asset reconstruction companies. Her expertise extends across various areas such as lending, securitisation, debt issuances, treasury transactions, insolvency, and restructuring matters. Additionally, Potti has a wealth of experience in handling both listed and unlisted bond issuances, acting as counsel for both investors and issuers, particularly within the infrastructure sector.
Before joining Samvād: Partners, Potti held a partnership position at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Her impressive career also includes tenures at JSA and CAM.
