Meet the New Equity Partners
Saurabh Sharma has been a stalwart in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency, Financial Services, and Regulatory practice groups. His expertise extends across a wide array of financing transactions, providing pivotal support to banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), housing finance companies, stressed asset funds, asset reconstruction companies, and various financial intermediaries.
Apurva Kanvinde brings a wealth of experience to the Corporate Commercial, Financial Services, and Regulatory practice groups. Known for her proficiency in debt and equity capital markets and securities laws, Kanvinde has earned a reputation for her ability to close complex deals independently.
Ankit Sinha, part of the Financial Services and Regulatory practice groups, is celebrated for his deep understanding of financial laws. Sinha excels in transaction structuring, offering bespoke solutions and strategic guidance to clients.
Smrithi Nair, also from the Financial Services and Regulatory practice groups, specializes in derivatives, treasury products, and structuring market-linked debt issuances.
