Joshi, a 2012 graduate of Government Law College in Mumbai, has amassed nearly 15 years of experience as an in-house counsel. Her extensive background includes handling litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, managing intellectual property, and ensuring comprehensive legal and secretarial compliance.
Before joining Servier India, Joshi served as a Senior Counsel for Mars Pet Nutrition and Royal Canin India. Her career also includes significant roles at Pfizer and Colgate-Palmolive, where she honed her skills and contributed to the companies’ legal and compliance frameworks.
Joshi’s appointment is expected to bolster Servier India’s legal and compliance functions, leveraging her vast experience to navigate the complex legal landscape effectively.
