In a strategic move to bolster its core practice areas, Stratage Law Partners has announced the appointment of Amruta Kelkar as Partner in Funds and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Yuvraj Choksy as Associate Partner in Litigation.
Amruta Kelkar Joins as Partner
Amruta Kelkar brings over 13 years of seasoned expertise to Stratage, with a focus on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. Her extensive experience includes handling both domestic and international transactions, joint ventures, and providing advisory services on corporate law, securities regulations, and foreign exchange. Before her new role at Stratage, she was a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
Yuvraj Choksy Strengthens Litigation Team
Yuvraj Choksy, a distinguished disputes lawyer, joins Stratage as an Associate Partner. He specializes in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and white-collar investigations, representing corporates, financial institutions, promoters, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. His practice involves high-value disputes before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums. Prior to this appointment, Choksy was associated with JSA.
