His specialization in corporate restructuring and strategic management of both inbound and outbound investments distinguishes him as a valuable asset for the company.
Throughout his career, Dahiya has represented clients before numerous judicial and quasi-judicial forums across India. His impressive track record includes appearances before the Supreme Court of India, multiple High Courts, the Company Law Board, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, and the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR).
