Simon Rahimzada, who has been actively involved in the Middle East’s legal landscape for nearly two decades, specializes in handling intricate and high-value cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity deals, and equity capital markets transactions. His extensive experience also covers international joint ventures. Rahimzada’s client base includes regional and international corporations, private equity sponsors, and asset managers across diverse sectors such as Energy, Fintech, Infrastructure, Education, Food & Beverages (F&B), and Healthcare.
Vasi Papadopoulos’ Contributions
Vasi Papadopoulos brings over a decade of regional experience, providing expert advice to international and regional corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, and family offices.
