Beyond her new role as a Partner, Bose is a pivotal figure as the Co-Head of Freshfields’ global India Group, a position she shares with Arun Balasubramanian. Her expertise is vast, covering a multitude of corporate transactions that include public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, carve-outs, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures that span various jurisdictions around the globe.
