In a significant move within the legal sector, Rajeev Rambhatla has taken up the role of Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at CMS INDUSLAW’s Hyderabad office. Accompanying him is his experienced team, enhancing the firm’s legal prowess in handling complex disputes.
Rambhatla, a distinguished alumnus of Christ University in Bangalore, brings over a decade of expertise in advising both domestic and international clients. His proficiency spans a wide array of commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency-related proceedings, and intricate litigation matters. His legal acumen extends to representation in various judicial bodies, including High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and arbitral tribunals.
Rambhatla’s practice is not just limited to courtroom representation but also includes advising clients on dispute strategy, risk management, and contentious regulatory issues. His clientele benefits from his extensive experience in sectors involving high-stakes commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency proceedings, real estate, and employment-related disputes.
Before his new appointment at CMS INDUSLAW, Rambhatla served as a Partner at Luthra and Luthra India Law Offices for two years, where he honed his skills further in the legal landscape.
